Dear Friends and Neighbors,

As you visit Barracks Road Shopping Center, you will notice enhancements underway along the west side
of Main Street between Fluffy’s and Panera. These improvements are intended to further enhance the
character of the center and the overall experience for our customers. The project includes a new canopy
that increases storefront visibility while providing coverage from the elements, upgraded seating areas,
specialty lighting, public art installations, refurbishment of the courtyard fountain, and sidewalk and
streetscape improvements.

Construction is expected to continue through the summer, subject to typical weather and permitting
conditions. All businesses will remain open throughout the duration of the work. Protected overhead
walkways will maintain access to each storefront and temporary directional signage will assist with
wayfinding. During this project, the access road between Panera and Spring Street will be temporarily
closed to vehicular traffic, and curbside parking spaces along this area will return upon completion of the
project.
